Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Lead mechanical design for new products and product improvements.
  • Create 3D CAD models, drawings, and engineering documentation.
  • Support design reviews, testing, risk assessments, and product validation.
  • Troubleshoot manufacturing, supplier, and field-related issues.
  • Drive ECOs, root cause investigations, and corrective actions.
  • Design manufacturing fixtures, tooling, and test equipment.
  • Partner with manufacturing teams to improve quality and throughput.
  • Mentor junior engineers and support cross-functional projects.

The Successful Applicant

Ideal Candidate:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • + years of product development and manufacturing experience.
  • Experience bringing products from concept through production.
  • Strong CAD skills (SolidWorks, Inventor, or similar).
  • Experience with tooling, fixtures, and hands-on prototyping.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication
