Job Description

  • Analyze market trends, customer requirements, and competitive dynamics to identify opportunities for product and business growth.
  • Gather and evaluate customer and industry feedback to support product enhancements and future development initiatives.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders across engineering, operations, sales, and service functions to align product strategy with business objectives.
  • Support the development and execution of product roadmaps, ensuring priorities align with market demands and long-term company goals.
  • Assist with the planning and execution of new product introductions, including launch readiness, customer adoption, and commercial support activities.
  • Monitor product performance and market acceptance, recommending adjustments to improve profitability, competitiveness, and overall business results.
  • Contribute to pricing, forecasting, and strategic planning efforts to support sustainable growth.
  • Collaborate with domestic and international teams to ensure alignment on product initiatives and organizational objectives.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • CNC Experience Required (Mills/Lathes)
  • Quoting, Costing, Customer Facing experience
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
  • Ability to evaluate, understand product development strategies
  • Strong networking skills needed
  • Ability to use MS Office
