Job Description



Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and improve manufacturing processes to drive productivity, quality, and cost reductions.
  • Develop and maintain work instructions, process documentation, and standard operating procedures.
  • Support continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives.
  • Investigate and resolve production-related issues while providing technical support to manufacturing teams.
  • Design and implement tooling, fixtures, equipment improvements, and facility layout enhancements.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Quality, and Supply Chain teams on cross-functional projects.
  • Support engineering changes, product launches, and manufacturing readiness activities.
  • Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
  • Train production personnel on processes, equipment, and best practices.

The Successful Applicant



Ideal Candidate:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
  • 3+ years of Manufacturing Engineering experience within a production environment.
  • Experience improving manufacturing processes and driving operational efficiencies.
  • Proficiency with CAD software and engineering design tools.
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Hands-on experience with tooling, fixtures, prototypes, or manufacturing equipment.
  • Strong troubleshooting, project management, and communication skills.
  • Advanced Excel and general engineering systems experience preferred.
