Known for innovation, quality, and technical excellence, the organization designs and manufactures mission-critical products that support safety-focused applications worldwide.Job Description Responsibilities:Analyze and improve manufacturing processes to drive productivity, quality, and cost reductions.Develop and maintain work instructions, process documentation, and standard operating procedures.Support continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives.Investigate and resolve production-related issues while providing technical support to manufacturing teams.Design and implement tooling, fixtures, equipment improvements, and facility layout enhancements.Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Quality, and Supply Chain teams on cross-functional projects.Support engineering changes, product launches, and manufacturing readiness activities.Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.Train production personnel on processes, equipment, and best practices.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
