The organization specializes in highly engineered, difficult-to-source components utilized across land, air, and sea platforms and is known for its commitment to quality, traceability, and operational excellence.Job DescriptionResponsibilities:Manage and maintain the Quality Management System in accordance with AS9100, AS9120, and ISO 9001 standards.Perform and oversee incoming, in-process, and final inspections.Review engineering drawings, specifications, and GD&T requirements.Make accept, reject, hold, and release decisions for product lots.Generate and approve First Article Inspection Reports (FAIRs).Program, operate, and support CMM inspection activities.Lead corrective actions, root cause investigations, and non-conformance management.Manage calibration programs and inspection equipment records.Support customer audits, source inspections, and compliance activities.Track and report quality KPIs, including customer returns, defects, and non-conforming material.Train, mentor, and manage inspection personnel.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
