Job Description



Responsibilities:

  • Develop integrated program plans, schedules, and resource strategies for new business and production initiatives.
  • Coordinate activities across engineering, operations, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, finance, and commercial teams.
  • Evaluate execution feasibility, resource availability, capacity constraints, and program risks.
  • Lead planning reviews and facilitate stakeholder alignment on schedules, priorities, and delivery strategies.
  • Support strategic decision-making through risk assessments, schedule evaluations, and operational readiness reviews.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on planning accuracy, execution success, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Ensure customer requirements are understood, documented, and translated into actionable program plans.

The Successful Applicant



Ideal Candidate:

  • 8+ years of program management, operations, project management, or business planning experience.
  • Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives within manufacturing, aerospace, defense, electronics, industrial, or other regulated industries.
  • Experience developing schedules, resource plans, and execution strategies for complex technical programs.
  • Strong understanding of risk management, operations planning, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Proven ability to influence across multiple departments and drive alignment in fast-paced environments.
