Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Improve manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and productivity.
  • Develop and maintain process documentation and work instructions.
  • Drive continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Design tooling, fixtures, and manufacturing layouts.
  • Support engineering changes and new product introductions.
  • Partner with engineering, quality, supply chain, and operations teams.
  • Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.

The Successful Applicant

Ideal Candidate:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
  • 3+ years of manufacturing engineering experience in a production environment
  • Experience with process optimization, Lean Manufacturing, and Six Sigma
  • Proficiency with CAD software, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Excel
  • Hands-on engineer with strong problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration skills
