Their team is dedicated to solving complex technical challenges while advancing innovative solutions for critical missions.Job DescriptionResponsibilities:Lead manufacturing process development and continuous improvement efforts.Design, develop, and implement tooling, fixtures, and production support equipment.Create and maintain work instructions, process documentation, and manufacturing standards.Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Operations, and Program teams to solve production challenges.Support production personnel through technical guidance and process training.Develop process controls and implement statistical process control (SPC) methodologies where appropriate.Identify and justify new manufacturing equipment, tooling, and capital investments.Drive improvements focused on quality, cost reduction, throughput, and on-time delivery.Support qualification, testing, and production activities for complex engineered products.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
