Affordable Housing DOB Superintendent - Construction - Brooklyn

• Oversee daily construction site activities to ensure project timelines and standards are met.
• Ensure compliance with Department of Buildings (DOB) regulations and safety requirements.
• Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to coordinate schedules and resources.
• Monitor construction progress and address any issues that arise to maintain project efficiency.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality and compliance with design specifications.
• Manage site documentation, including daily logs, safety reports, and project updates.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide project updates and address concerns.
• Ensure a safe work environment by enforcing safety protocols and conducting regular safety meetings.
