They offer a collaborative environment where skilled technicians can grow their careers while contributing to impactful, safety-driven work.Job DescriptionInspect, test, maintain, and repair aviation life support equipment (ALSE), including but not limited to helmets, oxygen systems, survival vests, flotation devices, and parachutesPerform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance in accordance with technical manuals, OEM specifications, and regulatory standards (FAA, DoD, or equivalent)Maintain accurate maintenance records, inspection logs, and compliance documentationDiagnose equipment malfunctions and recommend corrective actionsEnsure proper storage, handling, and inventory control of ALSE equipment and associated componentsCollaborate with engineering, quality, and operations teams to support continuous improvement initiativesSupport audits and regulatory inspections by maintaining strict adherence to safety and quality standardsStay current on evolving industry standards, regulations, and equipment technologiesMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
