Job Description

  • Prepare, review, and maintain transaction-related documentation and records
  • Assist with the management and administration of business processes throughout the transaction lifecycle
  • Create and maintain financial schedules, reports, and tracking tools
  • Ensure compliance with internal procedures, controls, and operational standards
  • Support data accuracy and integrity across internal systems
  • Partner with client-facing and operational teams to resolve queries and facilitate workflow efficiency
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance operational effectiveness
  • Assist with ad hoc projects and business initiatives as required

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Business, Engineering, or another quantitative discipline
  • 0-2 years of experience within financial services, insurance, operations, banking, consulting, or a related environment preferred
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; VBA experience is advantageous
  • Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proactive, adaptable, and eager to take ownership of work
