APM - Commercial/Hospitality - Top Raleigh GC

• Support Project Managers with the day-to-day administration and execution of commercial construction projects
• Coordinate with field teams, subcontractors, vendors, and project stakeholders to maintain schedules and budgets
• Assist in project planning, procurement, document management, and cost tracking
• Participate in client meetings and help maintain strong owner relationships throughout the project lifecycle
• Review project documentation including RFIs, submittals, contracts, change orders, and closeout materials
• Collaborate closely with Superintendents to ensure successful field execution
• Monitor project progress and proactively identify and resolve issues
• Contribute to project completion efforts and support turnover activities
