Application Engineer | CNC division

• Provide technical support to customers in the CNC division, ensuring optimal machine performance and application.
• Analyze customer requirements and recommend tailored solutions to improve productivity and efficiency.
• Collaborate with the sales team to present technical demonstrations and support pre-sales activities.
• Conduct training sessions for customers to ensure proper use and maintenance of CNC equipment.
• In this role, you will provide CNC technical expertise and support to help customers effectively utilize products and services to improve their applications and processes.
• Work closely with the sales team, you will build strong customer relationships, identify value-added growth opportunities, and drive increased adoption of solutions.
• You will also provide product, application, and process expertise for projects, supporting initiatives from concept through completion.
• Develop and present contents of scheduled programming classes to both internal and external customers.
• Support training and/or coaching of internal and external customers in relation to advanced manufacturing concepts and full product lines.
• Focus based on industries like Aerospace, Automotive, and Medical.
• Document technical processes and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Work closely with the engineering team to provide feedback for continuous product improvement.
