Job Description

  • Provide technical support to customers, sales teams, and channel partners regarding product selection, application design, and system integration
  • Review customer specifications and develop engineered solutions aligned with application requirements
  • Prepare technical proposals, quotations, and product configurations
  • Collaborate with internal engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure solutions are feasible, cost-effective, and meet delivery timelines
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on product capabilities, performance, and installation requirements
  • Support product testing, validation, and troubleshooting efforts both internally and at customer sites
  • Assist with commissioning and startup activities to ensure proper system operation
  • Develop and deliver technical documentation, including submittals, manuals, and application notes
  • Provide training and technical guidance to customers, sales teams, and field service personnel
  • Identify opportunities for product improvements and new applications based on customer feedback and market needs

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline
  • 3+ years of experience in applications engineering, product engineering, or technical sales support
  • Strong understanding of industrial equipment, automation systems, or electromechanical products
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and system requirements
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work directly with customers
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
