Job Description

  • Identify, develop, and manage relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with engineering, sales, marketing, and product development teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.
  • Support product awareness and market growth initiatives across targeted industries.
  • Attend trade shows, conferences, and industry events to expand brand visibility.
  • Deliver technical presentations and contribute to industry publications where appropriate.
  • Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and market opportunities.
  • Provide strategic insight and recommendations to leadership teams.
  • Travel domestically and internationally as required.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Materials Science, Metallurgy, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience within metals, manufacturing, or a related industrial environment.
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and communicate complex engineering concepts.
  • Knowledge of metallurgy, electronics, sensors, PLCs, HMI systems, hydraulics, or systems integration is highly desirable.
  • Experience with vacuum equipment or similar industrial technologies is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, analytical, and organisational skills.
  • Able to work independently and within cross-functional teams.
  • Eligible to work with export-controlled products, processes, and information.
  • Willingness to travel up to 35% domestically and internationally.
