Job Description

The Asset Management Analyst will support the Industrial Asset Management team and work closely with senior leaders responsible for portfolio performance and strategic initiatives. This position combines financial analysis, portfolio oversight, operational support, and technology optimization to drive investment performance.

  • Develop and maintain financial models to assess property and portfolio performance against business plans and underwriting assumptions.
  • Prepare quarterly and annual reporting packages for leadership, lenders, and investment partners.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, cash flow analysis, and performance tracking initiatives across multiple assets.
  • Evaluate leasing economics and analyse the impact of transactions on income performance and asset values.
  • Assist with portfolio financing activities, refinancing initiatives, and debt compliance monitoring.
  • Support acquisitions and dispositions from due diligence through transaction close.
  • Enhance portfolio management processes through technology platforms, workflow automation, reporting tools, and data management systems

The Successful Applicant

For the Asset Management Analyst we are seeking:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
  • Approximately 2-5 years of experience within real estate analysis, investment analysis, asset management, acquisitions, or a similar field.
  • Strong financial modelling and analytical capabilities with advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Exposure to commercial real estate investments, portfolio management, debt financing, or underwriting.
  • Experience using real estate technology platforms such as Yardi, Argus, or similar systems would be advantageous.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to working across teams.
  • A proactive mindset, strong attention to detail, and enthusiasm for leveraging technology to improve business processes
