Job Description

As an Asset Manager, you will report into senior leadership and take responsibility for the day-to-day performance and optimisation of a portfolio of residential assets.

  • Support the onboarding of third-party property management partners for new developments and lease-ups
  • Assist in managing lease-up performance, balancing occupancy, rental growth, and concessions
  • Monitor asset performance against business plans and contribute to strategy adjustments
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis across the portfolio
  • Partner with development, finance, and property management teams to ensure smooth asset transitions
  • Contribute to leasing strategy, including rent setting, concession planning, and performance tracking
  • Assist in preparing asset-level reporting, investor updates, and internal performance reviews

The Successful Applicant

For the Asset Manager we are seeking:

  • 3-6 years of experience in asset management, property management oversight, or real estate investment
  • Experience within multifamily or residential real estate portfolios
  • Strong understanding of leasing performance metrics, occupancy management, and income optimisation
  • Financial acumen with exposure to budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis
  • Experience working alongside property managers, leasing teams, and development stakeholders
  • A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present asset performance clearly
