Known for its entrepreneurial culture, lean decision-making structure, and hands-on approach, the organisation offers significant visibility, ownership, and opportunities for professionals looking to make a measurable impact.Job DescriptionThe Senior Asset Manager will report to senior company leadership and will be responsible for driving operational performance, executing asset strategies, and maximising returns across a growing residential portfolio.Lead property onboarding and transition processes, coordinating with development, construction, and third-party management partners.Manage lease-up performance across newly delivered residential assets, ensuring occupancy, rental growth, and revenue targets are achieved.Execute approved asset business plans to drive net operating income growth, occupancy improvements, and long-term value creation.Oversee budgeting, forecasting, reforecasting, and financial performance analysis across assigned assets.Develop and implement leasing strategies, including rental positioning, concession management, and performance optimisation.Hold third-party property management partners accountable through performance monitoring and regular operational reviews.Partner with internal development, finance, accounting, and operational teams to support portfolio growth, reporting, and strategic initiatives.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
