The business acquires and manages warehouse, logistics, and distribution assets across high-growth markets, leveraging an entrepreneurial approach to asset management, leasing strategy, and capital investment to drive performance and deliver attractive risk-adjusted returns.Job DescriptionThe Associate, Asset Management will support the execution of strategic business plans across an institutional-quality industrial portfolio and report directly into the Asset Management team.Assist with the execution of business plans for assigned industrial assets, tracking performance against underwriting assumptions and operational objectives.Develop and maintain property-level asset management plans, including budgeting, forecasting, capital planning, and market analysis.Identify and evaluate opportunities to increase Net Operating Income through revenue enhancement, lease optimisation, expense management, and operational efficiencies.Review financial statements, operating reports, budgets, and variance analyses to monitor asset performance and identify areas for improvement.Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting packages for senior leadership, investors, and lending partners.Support acquisition due diligence, business plan underwriting, refinancing activities, and disposition analyses.Conduct market research on rents, occupancy trends, supply pipelines, tenant demand, and broader economic drivers impacting industrial real estate.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
