Working closely with senior leadership, property management teams, and capital partners, this individual will focus on maximizing asset value, optimizing operations, and supporting the overall investment strategy.Key ResponsibilitiesExecute business plans and asset strategies across an industrial real estate portfolio.Monitor asset performance through analysis of financial statements, operating reports, budgets, and key performance metrics.Identify and implement opportunities to enhance property value through revenue growth, lease optimization, expense management, and operational improvements.Partner with property management, leasing teams, and third-party service providers to drive execution of asset-level objectives and business plans.Lead annual operating and capital budgeting processes and provide regular forecasting and performance updates.Prepare and present asset performance reports, investment plans, and recommendations to senior leadership, lenders, and capital partners.Support acquisition, financing, refinancing, and disposition activities, including due diligence, underwriting review, and transition planning.Conduct property inspections, market research, and portfolio analysis to identify risks, opportunities, and strategic initiatives.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
