About Our Client

The company manages approximately 150 assets nationwide and continues to expand through active acquisition, reinvestment, and disposition pipelines. They are quickly hiring top talent in the market as they expand their overall operations.

Job Description

  • Overseeing financial performance for management‑intensive real estate assets, including annual business plans, valuations, and ongoing financial review
  • Partnering with third‑party operators and property managers to execute value‑creation strategies across lease‑up, capital expenditure, repositioning, and stabilization phases
  • Maintaining and updating asset‑level financial models, including historical and forward‑looking cash flows and scenario analysis
  • Conducting market research and competitive analysis to support pricing, strategy, and investment decision‑making
  • Supporting the development and tracking of key performance indicators across multiple real estate verticals
  • Collaborating with investment teams on capital events, refinancings, dispositions, and portfolio‑level initiatives
  • Preparing institutional‑quality reporting for internal stakeholders and external investors on a monthly and quarterly basis

The Successful Applicant

  • At least five years of experience in real estate asset management, private equity, or a closely related field
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and related reporting tools
  • Experience working with operating partners, lenders, and external stakeholders
  • A strong understanding of commercial real estate fundamentals across multiple asset types
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present to senior leadership
  • High attention to detail, strong work ethic, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
  • A Bachelor's degree with a strong academic background
