Job Description

Asset Manager that will take ownership of assets, driving business plans, portfolio performance, and strategic initiatives from stabilization through disposition. The Successful Applicant

  • Manage third-party operating partners and ensure performance aligns with approved business plans and operational objectives.
  • Develop and maintain asset and portfolio reporting frameworks, dashboards, and performance monitoring processes for executive leadership.
  • Lead acquisition and disposition activities, including underwriting, due diligence, and coordination with brokers, legal advisors, and counterparties.
  • Identify and execute value-enhancement, repositioning, stabilization, and exit strategies across the portfolio.
  • Prepare investment memoranda, business plans, annual budgets, and performance analyses.
  • Monitor market fundamentals, leasing activity, comparable transactions, and capital markets trends to support investment decisions.
  • Partner with finance, accounting, and legal teams on capital projects, financial reporting, and strategic asset-level initiatives.
