Assistant Construction Super-Cape Cod & Martha's Vineyard

• Support and oversee daily field operations on commercial construction projects to help ensure efficient project execution.
• Partner closely with project managers, trade partners, and suppliers to maintain schedules and meet key project milestones.
• Promote and uphold site safety standards by monitoring compliance and fostering a culture of safe work practices.
• Perform ongoing quality reviews of completed work, addressing issues proactively to maintain project standards.
• Maintain accurate project records, including daily reports, schedules, inspection logs, and progress updates.
• Coordinate the delivery, storage, and tracking of materials to support uninterrupted field operations.
• Assist in identifying and resolving site-related challenges to minimize delays and help keep projects on schedule and within budget.
• Communicate effectively with project teams, clients, and other stakeholders to support collaboration and successful project outcomes.
