Job Description

  • Assist with day-to-day job site coordination and subcontractor oversight.
  • Help track and maintain project schedules and milestones.
  • Support quality control and safety compliance on site.
  • Participate in site meetings and document progress.
  • Coordinate materials, deliveries, and logistics.
  • Act as a bridge between field teams and project management.
  • Assist with inspections, punch lists, and project closeout.
  • Learn from senior field leaders and take on increasing responsibility over time.

The Successful Applicant

  • 2-5 years of construction experience, ideally in a field-based role.
  • Exposure to commercial, healthcare, life science, or industrial projects is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of construction sequencing and site operations.
  • Organized and proactive with strong attention to detail.
  • Team-oriented with a willingness to learn and grow.
  • Open to working on projects across Maine and Northern New England.
  • Motivated to build a long-term career in field leadership.
