Assistant Construction Superintendent II - Nashville, TN

• Assist in managing on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Monitor construction quality and safety standards, implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to maintain project schedules.
• Review and interpret blueprints, specifications, and project plans to guide construction activities.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports and progress updates.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations on all construction sites.
• Support the Project Manager in resolving any on-site challenges or changes in scope.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members to ensure high performance.
