Job Description

  • Oversee and manage day-to-day operations across multiple active construction sites.
  • Ensure projects meet timelines, budgets, safety standards, and quality expectations.
  • Coordinate and lead subcontractors and self perform crews, vendors, and field personnel to drive accountability and teamwork.
  • Enforce compliance with OSHA regulations and internal safety protocols.
  • Review project drawings, specifications, and submittals for accuracy and alignment.
  • Facilitate site meetings, inspections, and progress updates with stakeholders.
  • Anticipate challenges and implement solutions to prevent delays or disruptions.
  • Support quality assurance, punch list completion, and project closeout processes.
  • Mentor junior field staff and Assistant Superintendents to develop leadership capabilities.
  • Maintain a professional presence with clients, design teams, and regulatory authorities.

The Successful Applicant

  • 1-3 years of general construction experience
  • Medical, Commercial, Municipal, K-12 groundup/renovation experience
  • Familiarity with construction software - Procore, Bluebeam, etc.
  • Family and Team oriented
  • Wanting to be part of one of the top GCs in Chicago and eventually grow into leading your own projects in the field
