The firm combines the resources and stability of a large organisation with the close-knit culture and career growth opportunities of a local office.Job DescriptionSupport the delivery of multiple construction projects simultaneously, primarily valued under $10M.Assist with project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and overall execution.Manage renovation, tenant improvement, healthcare, retail, occupied-space, and emergency response projects.Respond quickly to client requests and help maintain strong client relationships.Coordinate pricing exercises, change orders, and project cost tracking.Prepare and update project schedules to ensure timely completion.Collaborate with field teams, subcontractors, estimators, and project stakeholders.Support project documentation, reporting, procurement, and contract administration.Take on increasing client-facing responsibilities and develop project leadership skills.Work across estimating, operations, and project management functions to support successful project delivery.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
