Job Description

  • Support Project Managers with scheduling, budgeting, and procurement
  • Coordinate RFIs, submittals, permits, and project documentation
  • Communicate with subcontractors, vendors, and project stakeholders
  • Assist with change orders, cost tracking, and project reporting
  • Perform site visits to monitor project progress and quality

The Successful Applicant

A successful Assistant Project Manager - Commercial Interiors Construction should have:

  • 3-5 years of commercial construction experience
  • Experience in interiors, renovations, or tenant improvements
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Familiarity with construction software and Microsoft Office
  • Motivated to progress into a Project Manager role
