Their project portfolio includes some of Southern California's most sophisticated healthcare and life science facilities, requiring strong coordination, technical expertise, and attention to detail.Job DescriptionOur Assistant Project Manager will be responsible for:Assist Project Managers with the successful delivery of healthcare, life science, and institutional construction projects.Support budgeting, forecasting, procurement, and schedule management efforts.Manage and track RFIs, submittals, ASIs, change orders, and project documentation.Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, vendors, and project stakeholders.Maintain project logs, meeting minutes, and compliance documentation.Assist with contract administration and subcontractor management.Monitor procurement schedules and long-lead equipment deliveries.Support project financial reporting and cost control efforts.Participate in owner, architect, consultant, and subcontractor meetings.Coordinate project closeout activities, punch lists, turnover packages, and warranty documentation.Ensure project records remain organized, accurate, and up to date.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
