Our client is an established mid-sized commercial general contractor that has been in business for over 30 years. They deliver projects across multiple markets including healthcare, commercial, senior living/multifamily, restaurant/retail which allows for a diverse project pipeline. Job Description

  • Assist in managing all phases of custom home and luxury new construction projects, from pre-construction to closeout.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
  • Monitor project progress and address any potential issues to ensure quality standards are maintained.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and reports.
  • Support the procurement of materials and manage vendor relationships effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on job sites.
  • Collaborate with the project team to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Communicate project updates to stakeholders in a clear and timely manner.

The Successful Applicant

  • 2-3+ years of construction industry experience
  • Experience working on projects $200K - $10M
  • Construction related or engineering degree preferred
  • Proficient in Procore
