Job Description

  • Assist with managing multifamily construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
  • Support project schedules, budgets, contracts, and procurement activities
  • Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, and internal project teams
  • Track project documentation, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
  • Monitor project progress and assist in resolving construction challenges

  • Experience working on multifamily construction projects
  • Strong understanding of construction processes and project documentation
  • Local to the Miami, FL market
  • Proficient in project coordination and communication with stakeholders
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
