Job Description

  • Assist Project Managers with project coordination from preconstruction through closeout
  • Support budgeting, procurement, submittals, RFIs, and document control activities
  • Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, consultants, and field teams
  • Track project schedules, cost reports, and construction progress
  • Help ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget

The Successful Applicant

A successful Assistant Project Manager should have:

  • General Contractor experience required
  • Experience on commercial, multifamily, municipal, or education projects
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills
  • Effective communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Desire for long-term growth within a construction organization
