This role provides direct exposure to complex renovation and ground-up construction projects while offering mentorship from experienced field leaders and a clear path toward a lead Superintendent position.

Job Description

  • Assist the Superintendent in managing day-to-day field operations
  • Coordinate subcontractors, site logistics, and project schedules
  • Support quality control and jobsite safety initiatives
  • Help oversee renovation work at Augusta National before transitioning to a large-scale senior living development in Raleigh
  • Maintain project documentation and collaborate with project management teams

The Successful Applicant

A successful Assistant Superintendent should have:

  • Experience in construction project supervision within the business services industry.
  • Knowledge of construction codes, standards, and safety regulations.
  • Proficiency in project scheduling and resource management tools.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • A detail-oriented mindset and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Willingness to work onsite in Raleigh as required.
