They offer employees the opportunity to work on high-profile developments, gain mentorship from industry leaders, and build long-term careers within a growing organization.Job DescriptionPartner with the Lead Superintendent to execute daily construction activities and maintain project schedules.Support implementation and enforcement of comprehensive site safety programs with the goal of zero incidents.Coordinate and distribute construction documents including drawings, specifications, RFIs, bulletin updates, and field reports.Verify subcontractor layouts and field work to ensure compliance with project plans and quality standards.Assist with quality control inspections, documenting deficiencies and tracking corrections through completion.Monitor field progress and ensure all work aligns with contract documents and project requirements.Document daily site activities through reports, photographs, and field management software.Help develop and communicate daily and weekly work plans, schedules, and site logistics.Participate in client, contractor, and project team meetings, providing construction updates and resolving issues.Manage project documentation related to permits, inspections, testing, and regulatory compliance.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
