Our client is seeking an Assistant Superintendent to join their Charlotte team and support the delivery of a major Animal Care & Control Facility project, along with a medical facility project in the Charlotte market. Job Description

  • Assist in managing daily construction site operations and activities.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure timely task completion.
  • Monitor project progress and maintain adherence to schedules.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations on-site.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality control.
  • Communicate project updates to the Superintendent and project team.
  • Assist in resolving on-site issues to minimize delays.
  • Support the preparation and organization of project documentation.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Assistant Superintendent should have:

  • 2-3 years of experience as an Assistant Superintendent on commercial construction projects
  • Experience supporting large-scale projects, ideally $20M+
  • Ability to independently manage daily site operations when required
  • Strong communication and coordination skills with subcontractors and project stakeholders
  • Local to the Charlotte market or willing to relocate
