Founded in 2021 by a seasoned industry executive from a top commercial GC, the company has quickly scaled to a team of 25+ professionals and continues to expand its operations.They deliver a mix of commercial and high-end residential projects, combining the structure and professionalism of a larger organization with the agility, access, and tight-knit culture of a small team.Job DescriptionSupport the Superintendent in managing day‑to‑day on‑site construction activities.Oversee subcontractors, ensuring work is completed safely, accurately, and on schedule.Assist with site planning, logistics, and coordination of labor, materials, and equipment.Monitor jobsite safety and enforce company and OSHA standards.Help manage project documentation, including daily reports, photos, delivery logs, and RFIs.Conduct regular site walks to track progress and identify potential issues early.Support quality control efforts to ensure work meets project plans and specifications.Communicate effectively with project managers, subcontractors, vendors, and clients.Assist with scheduling, inspections, and punch list closeout activities.Provide leadership on the jobsite by modeling professionalism, teamwork, and accountability.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
