Job Description

  • Assist the Superintendent with daily field operations on active commercial construction projects.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, deliveries, and site logistics to maintain project schedules.
  • Monitor safety compliance and promote a proactive safety culture across the jobsite.
  • Perform quality inspections and help resolve construction issues in the field.
  • Maintain project documentation, progress reports, and communication with project stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Assistant Superintendent should have:

  • 2-5 years of construction field experience on commercial projects.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
  • Knowledge of OSHA standards and construction safety best practices.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software.
