The Assistant Superintendent - Concrete/Excavations - New York will play a critical role in providing oversight and guidance to active projects in the contractors portfolio. This role is open due to growth, and can immediately support an Assistant Superintendent - Concrete/Excavations. The Assistant Superintendent - Concrete/Excavations - New York will oversee 1 project at a time throughout NYC metro area - each project last anywhere between 2 - 8 months.

Job Description

  • Supervise daily construction activities to ensure projects stay on track and meet deadlines.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Inspect work sites to ensure safety protocols and quality standards are maintained.
  • Monitor project budgets and provide updates on resource allocation.
  • Resolve on-site issues promptly to avoid delays or disruptions.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding project progress and requirements.
  • Support the Superintendent in managing overall project operations.
