Assistant Superintendent - Ground Up Luxury Multifamily

• Assist in overseeing daily on-site construction operations to ensure timely project completion.
• Collaborate with the project team to maintain quality standards and adhere to safety regulations.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure efficient workflow and material delivery.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure compliance with all local building codes.
• Support the Superintendent in scheduling and managing construction activities effectively.
• Ensure clear communication between all project stakeholders, including team members, contractors, and clients.
• Provide solutions to on-site challenges and ensure smooth execution of the construction plan.
