Job Description

  • Oversee daily construction site activities to ensure project timelines are met.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and the project team to maintain efficiency.
  • Monitor safety protocols and compliance with regulations on-site.
  • Ensure quality control standards are met throughout the construction process.
  • Assist in resolving any on-site issues or delays promptly.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and reports for project progress.
  • Collaborate with the Superintendent to align on project goals and deliverables.
  • Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to keep them informed of updates.
