Job Description

  • Support daily field operations on multifamily construction projects valued at $10M-$40M
  • Coordinate subcontractors and monitor progress to maintain project schedules
  • Assist with framing, turnover, and punch list activities through project completion
  • Maintain accurate daily logs, site documentation, and project reporting
  • Identify field challenges and implement practical solutions to keep work moving forward

The Successful Applicant

A successful Assistant Superintendent should have:

  • Previous experience as an Assistant Superintendent in construction
  • Exposure to framing, punch-out, or turnover phases of multifamily projects
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to hold subcontractors accountable professionally
  • Independent thinker who brings solutions rather than problems
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and highly diligent with project documentation
