This Texas-based design-build contractor has been operating for +100 years. The company specializes in commercial and industrial construction projects, including manufacturing facilities, distribution and logistics centers, cold storage facilities and other large-scale business developments.

It is known for providing integrated design-build services that streamline both the design and construction process under a single contract.

Job Description

  • Assist in managing daily on-site operations, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, ensuring work is performed to quality and safety standards.
  • Monitor and enforce adherence to safety protocols and regulations on-site.
  • Assist in scheduling and coordinating material deliveries and equipment needs.
  • Communicate effectively with project teams, stakeholders, and clients to address issues and ensure project progress.

The Successful Applicant

  • Strong knowledge of ground up commercial construction processes, safety standards, and quality control.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively coordinate teams and subcontractors.
  • Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and solve problems efficiently on-site.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining project schedules and budgets.
  • Previous experience working as a Project Engineer, with a solid foundation in construction management principles.
