Job Description

  • Support the Superintendent with day-to-day field operations
  • Coordinate subcontractors, inspections, and material deliveries
  • Help enforce quality control, safety standards, and site compliance
  • Assist in managing project schedules and tracking progress
  • Contribute to a high-performance, team-oriented job site

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience in multifamily construction (wood-frame preferred)
  • 2+ years in an Assistant Superintendent or field leadership role at a reputable GC
  • Understanding of construction sequencing and site operations
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
