Job Description

  • Supervise daily on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with project plans and schedules.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to achieve high-quality Class A finishes.
  • Monitor and enforce safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment.
  • Assist in resolving on-site challenges to keep projects on track.
  • Collaborate with the Project Manager to ensure adherence to budget and timelines.
  • Conduct quality control inspections to meet client and industry standards.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of project progress and updates.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide project updates and address concerns.

The Successful Applicant

  • 2+ years of experience in commercial construction
  • Experience with Class A finishes and ground-up multifamily, senior living, or student housing required
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness and ability to travel throughout the Southeast based on project assignments
  • Experience coordinating subcontractors and project logistics preferred
  • Knowledge of Procore, Bluebeam, or similar construction management software is a plus
  • OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred
