Confidential multifamily general contractor with an active portfolio of projects throughout South Florida. Current work includes mid-rise affordable housing, luxury rental developments, and large-scale residential communities in Miami, Coral Gables, Fort Lauderdale, Doral, and Homestead.

Job Description

  • Assist the Superintendent with daily field operations and project execution
  • Coordinate subcontractors, deliveries, inspections, and site logistics
  • Monitor project schedules and support milestone achievement
  • Enforce jobsite safety and company standards
  • Assist with quality control inspections and punch list management
  • Track project progress and maintain daily reports
  • Coordinate with project management teams, consultants, and ownership representatives

The Successful Applicant

  • 3+ years of construction experience with a General Contractor
  • Ground-up multifamily construction experience required
  • Experience supporting projects with 100+ residential units preferred
  • Strong understanding of construction sequencing and scheduling
  • Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, or similar construction software preferred
  • OSHA certification is a plus
  • Stable career history with reputable construction firms
