Assistant Superintendent - Multifamily Developer - Allston, MA

• Assist in managing daily on-site construction activities to ensure project timelines are met.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to maintain workflow and resolve on-site issues.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with all safety regulations.
• Monitor project progress and report updates to the Superintendent and project team.
• Ensure quality control standards are adhered to during all phases of construction.
• Conduct site inspections and address any deficiencies promptly.
• Collaborate with the project team to maintain effective communication and problem-solving.
• Maintain accurate documentation, including daily logs and progress reports.
