Assistant Superintendent - Multifamily - Everett MA

Job Description

• Support the Lead Superintendent in the day-to-day execution of project operations.
• Assist with implementation and enforcement of the company's safety program, including pre-construction meetings, pre-task planning, inspections, and daily monitoring.
• Promote and reinforce jobsite safety expectations with project teams and trade partners.
• Coordinate and distribute construction documents, including drawings, specifications, RFIs, bulletins, and field reports.
• Verify subcontractor layout and field conditions to ensure alignment with project requirements.
• Administer quality control processes, including inspections, deficiency tracking, and resolution management.
• Monitor construction progress and ensure work is performed in accordance with contract documents and quality standards.
• Document daily jobsite activities through reports, photographs, sketches, and project management software.
• Help develop and communicate daily and weekly work plans, schedules, and logistics strategies.
• Participate in client, owner, and project team meetings while providing construction updates.
• Track permits, inspections, testing requirements, and project closeout documentation for assigned scopes of work.
