Job Description

  • Assist Superintendents with daily field operations on large-scale construction projects
  • Coordinate subcontractors, material deliveries, inspections, and site logistics
  • Monitor project schedules and help drive production milestones
  • Enforce safety, quality, and company standards throughout the jobsite
  • Participate in project planning, progress meetings, and subcontractor coordination
  • Track daily reports, manpower, and construction progress
  • Help manage punch list completion and project closeout activities
  • Identify and proactively resolve field issues to maintain schedule and quality goals
  • Support multiple phases of construction across multifamily, military housing, and renovation projects

The Successful Applicant

  • 2-3 years of experience in a construction field leadership role
  • Experience on multifamily, military housing, commercial, residential, hospitality, or concrete projects preferred
  • Strong understanding of construction means, methods, and sequencing
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Desire to grow into a Superintendent role and take on increasing leadership responsibilities
  • Proven work ethic with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Stable employment history and a team-oriented mindset
  • Scheduling experience is a plus; exposure to Primavera P6 is highly desirable
