Due to continued growth, they are seeking an Assistant Superintendent to join their field operations team and support the successful delivery of construction projects from start to finish.

Job Description

  • Assist the Superintendent in overseeing daily construction site operations.
  • Coordinate subcontractors to ensure adherence to project schedules and specifications.
  • Monitor site safety and enforce compliance with safety regulations.
  • Conduct site inspections to maintain quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Communicate project updates to team members and stakeholders as needed.
  • Resolve on-site issues and implement effective solutions to keep projects on track.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and logs.
  • Support the Superintendent in managing resources and materials efficiently.
