Job Description

As an Assistant Superintendent, you will report directly to the Superintendent and Project Leadership, supporting on-site delivery of light industrial construction projects from start to finish.

  • Assist with daily site operations, scheduling, and coordination of subcontractors
  • Support quality control, safety compliance, and site logistics
  • Track progress against schedules and help drive milestone completion
  • Coordinate inspections, punch lists, and close-out activities
  • Communicate effectively with project managers and trade partners
  • Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite
  • Contribute to a collaborative, solutions-focused site culture

The Successful Applicant

For the Assistant Superintendent role we are seeking:

  • Experience on light industrial, warehouse, manufacturing, or similar projects
  • Exposure to ground-up construction environments
  • Strong understanding of site safety and quality standards
  • Ability to work closely with Superintendents and project teams
  • Clear communicator with subcontractors and internal stakeholders
  • Organized, proactive, and eager to grow within field leadership
  • Experience using construction scheduling or field management software is beneficial
