Assistant Superintendent-Orlando-Construction

• Supervise on-site construction activities to ensure work is completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and team members to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor and enforce safety standards and compliance with regulations.
• Review project plans and specifications to ensure alignment with project goals.
• Assist in scheduling and resource allocation to maintain project timelines.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and address any issues promptly.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide project updates and resolve concerns.
• Support the Superintendent in managing project documentation and reporting.
